All items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@marraccinichronicles.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We do not offer refunds for orders placed with incorrect shipping information.

Why is everything made to order?
Because we don’t believe in mass-producing stuff that sits on shelves. Each item is made just for you once you order—kind of like how we used to make 3 different dinners for our kids 😅
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing takes about 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes another 3–10 business days depending on where you live. (Yes… we know waiting is hard. We’ve raised college kids—we get it.)
How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships!
What if I order the wrong size?
We recommend double-checking the size guide before ordering (we’ve all been there 😅). Since items are made to order, we can’t offer exchanges for sizing—but we’ll always help if something is wrong with the item itself.
